Job Description- Assistant Secretary

Department: Admin

Education: Bachelor Degree 

Experience: Min. 2 years

Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:-

  1. General Administration (under supervision of Jt. S.G.- A&HR)
  2. Office Maintenance & Scrap Material disposal work 
  3. Outward/Inward Document Scan & registry work and Distribution of mails (MIS) 
  4. Outward Post & Courier Management including checking bills
  5. Supervising Housekeeping
  6. All types of Stock Registers
  7. All Bills Registers
  8. Coordinating visiting cards printing for OBs’ and 
  9. Assisting in finalization of Service Contracts under supervision
    of Jt. S.G. (A&HR)
  10. Liaising and Program/ Events under supervision of Jt. SG (A & HR)
  11.  Meeting Calls & Photography in Meetings 
  12.  Also Have:-
      • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular) both in English & Gujarati Language 
      • Knowledge of office policies and procedures
      • Computer literacy is an essential requirement
