Job Description- Assistant Secretary
Department: Admin
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: Min. 2 years
Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad
Responsibilities:-
- General Administration (under supervision of Jt. S.G.- A&HR)
- Office Maintenance & Scrap Material disposal work
- Outward/Inward Document Scan & registry work and Distribution of mails (MIS)
- Outward Post & Courier Management including checking bills
- Supervising Housekeeping
- All types of Stock Registers
- All Bills Registers
- Coordinating visiting cards printing for OBs’ and
- Assisting in finalization of Service Contracts under supervision
of Jt. S.G. (A&HR) - Liaising and Program/ Events under supervision of Jt. SG (A & HR)
- Meeting Calls & Photography in Meetings
- Also Have:-

- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular) both in English & Gujarati Language
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures
- Computer literacy is an essential requirement
